Early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer adopts a comb-shaped polycarboxylate superplasticizer with carboxylic acid and ester macromonomers copolymerized. Concrete mixed with this product shows a significant improvement in early strength without shrinkage in later strength. It is suitable for precast concrete and various high-strength, high-performance concrete, shortening the stripping time and improving the turnover efficiency of molds. This product has the following characteristics:
(1) High water reduction rate, good dispersion and dispersion retention effect on cement;
(2) Significant enhancement effect on early strength of concrete, and no shrinkage in later strength;
(3) Low air content, reducing the adverse effects of air bubbles inside the concrete on the internal structure, and improving the appearance of the concrete;
